The Crookes and Crosspool Focus Team have had it confirmed that the Western Road street works will commence on the 2nd November and are scheduled to last 6 weeks. The works involve no felling of street trees.

Local Lib Dem Campaigner Bex Atkinson said ‘It is good that the works will finally commence and that the terrible state of the road will be brought up to standard whilst keeping the trees.’
